Appointment Changes & Cancellations - We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Missed appointments will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
Service Policy - At Wall Street Barbers, we take pride in our work and stand behind the services we provide. While we do not offer refunds on hair services, we want to ensure you leave satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.
To assess and correct any concerns, you’ll need to return to the shop for a visual inspection. Redo appointments are scheduled just like regular appointments and will be performed at no charge by your original barber. If your original barber is unavailable, we may make an exception and schedule your redo with another team member.
